Is that okay? - Yes, expired tickets on b.stage will be accepted at the day of the event. No need to worry! 👕 Will you be selling merch? - Yes, merch booth will be open from 3:30pm on the day of the event. However, you will not be able to enter the premises until your arrival time 👀 Will the old photocards from the fan meet still be available? - Yes, but in limited quantities. There will also be new photocards for the WABIF release. A separate merch announcement will be made with more info ✏️ Will you be accepting letters at the fan meet? - Yes, we will be collecting letters at the merch booth. However gifts are not allowed for security purposes 🎟️ Is it okay if I redeemed my ticket? - Don’t worry, it's not a problem ✈️ Can I go to other cities with my ticket? - No, tickets were sold to capacity so we can't move fans around without properly refunding/repurchasing new tickets. Email [email protected] for refunds 🎟️ What exactly is a 5TARZ of Honor ticket? - It is a general entry ticket ONLY for VVIP and Everything ticket holders, which allows you to accompany the VVIP/Everything holder throughout the whole day, including the fan sign and sound check party 🎟️ Will you have new ticket giveaways? - Only for Montreal and Bentonville Day 2 (Feb 20). Previous winners are still on our records, and are still invited FREE to the concert 🎫 Will you have new badge holder backstage events? - Yes, winning badgeholders will be announced a couple hours before the concert - Raffle submissions from last year WILL BE HONORED (no need to re-submit.) - You can sign up for the event at: https://tinyurl.com/badgeholder-raffle 🪑Will there be seats? - No this will be a fully standing event 🚾 Will there be bathroom breaks? - While the restroom is available at all times, the concert will run close to 120 minutes without a break, so take your bathroom break before the show! 🍲There is a bar at our concert venue. Will the bar be open? - This depends on the venue, but we recommend you eat before you come (except for stops where free food is announced)
