Will I be able to secure a good spot in the front? - YES. We have a system where we ensure that those who come early and those who buy higher-tier tickets get spots in the front of the show 👕 Will you be selling merch? - Yes, merch booth will be open from 4:00 pm on the day of the event. However, you will not be able to enter the premises until your tier's arrival time ✏️ Will you be accepting gifts or letters? - We will be collecting letters at the merch booth. However, gifts are not allowed for security purposes ✈️ Can I go to other cities with my ticket? - Yes, if you wish to attend in a different city, you may submit a "City Change" request before Feb 17, 3 PM CET. Keep an eye out for event announcements! 🪑Will there be seats? - No this will be a fully standing event ♿ Will there be ADA seating? - Yes, we will do our best to accommodate your needs and provide unobstructed view seats with the maximum accessibility available at the venue - To designate a seat for yourself, please use the FREE "ADA upgrade" option when you purchase your ticket - At the door, simply let the staff know that you signed up for ADA and you'll be guided to the correct location 🚾 Will there be bathroom breaks or intermission? - The concert will not have an intermission - While the restroom is available at all times, the concert will run close to 120 minutes without a break, so take your bathroom break before the show!
